Refer your clients with confidence
If your clients need Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney or estate planning, Horcos gives you a safe pair of hands to refer them to: fixed published fees, home visits, plain-English advice, and a service that reflects well on the person who made the introduction.
Who we work with
Estate planning touches almost every professional relationship at some point. We regularly receive introductions from:
Financial advisers & mortgage brokers
Complete your client's financial picture. A Will and LPAs are the piece most plans are missing, and a client whose affairs are in order is a client whose plan actually works.
Accountants & tax advisers
When conversations turn to inheritance tax or business succession, we handle the Will and trust drafting while you keep the client relationship and the tax advice.
Funeral planners & celebrants
Families planning ahead often want everything in order at once. We handle Wills and advance decisions with the same care and sensitivity you do.
Care providers & community organisations
LPAs and living Wills matter most when they're set up early. We visit clients at home or in residential settings, at their pace, with family welcome.
Estate & letting agents
A house move is one of life's natural prompts to make or update a Will. A simple introduction adds value to your client relationship at no cost to you.
Solicitors
For straightforward Will and LPA work that doesn't fit your practice, we provide a professional, insured service and will refer matters back to you where specialist legal advice is needed.
Why introducers choose Horcos
- Your reputation is protected. Horcos is run by Paul Brown MSWW, a Member of the Society of Will Writers, bound by its code of practice, with ongoing training and professional indemnity insurance.
- No surprises for your client. Our fees are fixed and agreed in writing before any work starts. Your client will never come back to you about a surprise bill.
- A service worth referring. Home visits including evenings, plain-English advice, and independent ratings of 4.6 on Trustpilot and 5.0 on Google. Read our reviews →
- One point of contact. You deal with Paul directly, every time. No call centres, no case handovers, and a straight answer when you want an update.
Our promise to introducers
Your client stays your client. We provide the service you referred them for, and nothing else is sold or cross-referred without talking to you first. Where a matter needs specialist advice we don't provide, such as regulated financial or complex tax advice, we'll say so and, where appropriate, point the client back to you.
How a referral works
-
Send the introduction
Use the form below, or simply email or call. Share your client's name and contact details, with their permission, and a line on what they need.
-
We make contact
Paul contacts your client within one working day for a free, no-obligation chat, and confirms any fee in writing before work starts.
-
You stay informed
With your client's consent, we'll confirm when the introduction has been picked up and when the work completes, so you're never left wondering.
We do not normally pay introducer fees; introductions are made purely on service and reputation. If you wish to discuss a referral fee, please contact us.
Refer a client
Before you send client details: please make sure you have your client's permission to share their contact information with us. We'll only use it to make contact about the service you're referring them for.
Prefer to talk it through first? Call Paul on 07958 796316 or email [email protected] with "Introducer" in the subject line.
Introducer questions, answered
Do I need a formal agreement to refer clients?
No. You can refer a single client today using the form above. If you expect to refer regularly and would like something in writing between us, talk to Paul and we'll set that up.
What will my client pay?
A fixed fee, agreed with them in writing before any work starts, with money-saving packages available when services are combined. Referred clients pay the same fees as everyone else, so there are never surprises that come back to you.
What happens if the work is outside what Horcos does?
We'll say so honestly. For matters needing specialist legal, tax or regulated financial advice, we'll tell the client, and you, and help them find the right adviser rather than stretching beyond our remit.
How do I know the referral was picked up?
With the client's consent, Paul confirms to you when contact is made and when the matter completes. If a client can't be reached, you'll hear about that too.
